  • How do I know what treatment is right for me?

    We recommend scheduling your free consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and lifestyle to assess what treatment will be best for you. If you are looking to get your treatment the same day, schedule a consultation and your selected service to allow time to discuss. We can always change the treatment you booked. Please reach out with further questions.

  • Where can I purchase the products you use in studio?

    We carry our recommended products in-studio and online! We can also place special orders for a flat rate of $10 shipping directly to your door.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    We accept cash, Venmo, and card. We can charge your card if it's on file or do a text-to-pay for contactless payments.

    For packages, we do accept payment plans via Cherry. Please note: Cherry is only available for use with packages. Apply here.

  • Do you have a medical director?

    Yes - we have an EXCELLENT medical director who is hands on in our practice, but also local to our area and available for in-person visits and audits of our facility. This medical professional assists Allure Aesthetics & Beauty Co. directly. Certain services require medical clearance completed by a medical professional. Any clients who need to complete a “Good Faith Exam” are directly informed and contacted and GFE’s are completed by our Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner off-site via Telehealth. This information is always available for our clients.

  • Where are you located and is there parking?

    We are located at 217 W. Washington St. in Oregon, IL. You can find us directly across Rte. 64 from the Village Bakery. Street parking is available in front of the building and throughout the downtown area, as well as the municipal lot behind Hazel’s off Rte. 64.

  • Should I come with my face clean or can I have makeup on?

    Personal decision! Regardless of how you come, I will double cleanse your skin and remove any makeup if it is on.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 48-hour notice for reschedules & consultations. Reschedules or cancellations within this window will be charged a a flat fee of $50. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged a flat $75. These charges are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

  • Is there any downtime with treatments?

    Each treatment will vary with aftercare. This will be discussed during your appointment.
